Polished (Recruiting Sales/Marketing Experience) - Financial industry background - Strong preference but other professional industries such as insurance or banking Interact with senior leadership (client facing role) Solicit requirement(requirement gathering) Must be able to push back to manager and candidates. Work closely with interim search firm and suppliers Experience with direct hiring Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting tool. Internet mining experience. Taleo experience is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
