This position supports the Canadian market and requires that the person in this position be bi-lingual in French and English to support these customers. Responsibilities include daily communication with customers via heavy phone and e-mail contact regarding inquiries/requests with a requirement to determine appropriate solutions and responses; daily processing and review or orders through manual and electronic means; cross-functional communication with support departments such as transportation and warehousing; execution of mid to high-level account management to meet customer requirements; provision of accurate product technical support to direct customers, sales, end users/consumers, and specifiers for inquiries relative to product application or characteristics.
Qualifications Education:
High School diploma plus minimum 3 years relevant exp required. AS preferred. Must be fluent in French, and have a familiarity with Canadian dialects.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
