On behalf of our client Procom Services is searching for a BAT Coordinator for a large FIS / Systematics application currency upgrade project.
Project Manager Job Details
This person will be responsible for coordinating the inputs to a complex Business Acceptance Test process that will include over 100 lines-of-business from various parts of the Bank
Consultant must be able to get going right away as project has already started.
This is a fast-paced, but fun Project Team. We are looking for someone who is eager to own a major piece of the effort and run it as their own.
This person will immediately assume responsibility for coordinating the inputs from approximately 100 different LOBs to the BAT Plan and working closely with the Cross-Platform Test Coordinator to ensure coordination of test cycles and other actions required to ensure BAT testing is performed according to the Plan.
This person will report directly to the Project Manager and will be empowered to own the BAT process and initiate a strategy to develop and implement the BAT Plan for the benefit of the Bank.
This person must be comfortable taking initiative and driving hard to accomplish goals in a complex, matrixed structure.

-Software Testing Methodology
-PMLC/SDLC
-Microsoft office
-Excellent communication skills (High visibility role)
-Documentation
-Familiarity with the FIS/Systematics software - particularly the IMPACS (IM) application or other mainframe systems is preferred.
-Familiarity with the BAT testing process - or software testing process / methodology in general is essential.
-Familiarity with the Bank processes and organizational structure is preferred given the complex nature of the effort and short time frame.
