Network Voice Analyst

Immediate opening for a contract Network Voice Analyst. This is a 6
month contract with potential contract to hire. Self-directed, yet good team players are the best fit for this role. Experienced MAC administrator along with SIP technology with Session Manager and SAL Gateway servers would be required for this role. Wireshark knowledge is helpful. Experience supporting Lync would be also strongly preferred.

VO/IP G430 remote locations
Session Manager
SAL Gateway and SAL Policy Server
SIP Connection to International Sites
Add SIP sessions to SAL Gateway
IP Phones - update via HTTP server
Avaya 242 knowledge
Global Dialplan
Cisco Unity Connection 8.0 Voice Mail
Firmware and software updates to Avaya PBX family and Cisco Voicemail as needed
Daily MAC for Avaya PBX and Cisco Voicemail
Troubleshoot as needed
Polycom Video
Server support - updates
Adjunct Servers
Avaya BCMS
Virtual Observer Voice Recording
IVR
PC Console
Call Accounting - Application Suite
Avaya EMMC Voice Conference server
CTI with AES VMEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
