Akron General LifeStyles has an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales person at our Health and Wellness Center North, located in Stow. This position assists in developing and staffing community events, maintains an active relationship with the chamber of commerce, strategizes promotions, works with community to provide local donations, prospecting, tours, provides promotional material in the center, and maintains positive relations with our current members.
Qualifications:
An associate's degree in sales marketing public relations or other related field Bachelor's degree preferred. One to three years sales or sales management experience preferably in a health club. Previous health club operations experience helpful. Excellent communications and customer service skills required. Ability to work variable hours necessary. Possess a professional attitude and demeanor. Ability to maintain positive ongoing communications.
