Central National Bank Recruiter/On-Boarding Coordinator (Full-time) Central National Bank is looking for an experienced and energetic Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator. This person will be responsible for the banks recruiting and onboarding programs and should be comfortable working with a multiple-location employer (travel is required and should be anticipated at 50-60%). This person will oversee the banks job posting process in its entirety to include posting & advertising of vacancies, attending job/college career fairs, screening and interviewing applicants and finalizing job offers. Additionally, this person will assume the task of launching an on-line applicant tracking system (currently in development) and acting as the architect for the design of an on-line employee orientation system. Other responsibilities will involve maintaining effective/updated recruiting materials, monitoring exit & on-boarding surveys, conducting the appropriate background screenings and keeping interview and new hire materials current/relevant. Qualified candidates should demonstrate 3-5 years of in-depth recruiting & onboarding experience and have a Bachelors degree in a related curriculum. Applicants should also be customer service oriented, detail-driven, possess sound judgment and have excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening). Additionally this person should be computer literate and interested in leveraging the use of technology in the recruiting and on-boarding process. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
