Seeking Candidates Who:
Have a strong Customer Service background within a call center or sales desk environment
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and data entry/order entry.
Are comfortable working in a fast paced environment taking inbound orders and making calls to customers updating them on their order status.
Can communicate with excellent verbal and written skills
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to maintain attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Ability to interact with customers to provide accurate information within an efficient and effective manor in accordance to company standards
Demonstrates multi-tasking, prioritization and time management skills
1 year experience working within a production- driven call center/sales desk environment
