The Document Coordinator will support the Document Management process and system. Support continuous process / system improvement activities. In addition, he/she will support Document Management during internal audits and external regulatory inspections. Coordinate with periodic communication to the customers and management for Document Management Activities. Coordinate training activities. Document Management Reports-Worked on various reports for Document Management Base Business ?Weekly All Effective report, User Reports, Association reports and work on the next steps to remediate overdue documents, reduce risk of any non-conformances or close any possible gaps on time using the reports. Ensure compliance to Periodic Review, Delegation of Signatory, Document Management User Access Management as per the process. Document Management Access Management - providing guidance to users on various roles and assign trainings (send request to training team). Process Document Management Access form (Verifying training on Learning Management System). Customer Service-Working with users with System related issues and coordinate with Document Management Support to get one time resolution.
Qualifications
High School diploma or completed GED required. Minimum of 1 year of as GxP and/or Document Management is required. Microsoft Office and computer proficiency required. Ability to use basic office equipment - photocopy machines, facsimile machines, etc. is required. Good organizational skills are required and qualified candidates must be thorough and detail oriented. Qualified candidates must be able to successfully complete company/department training courses, and must be able to work with a moderate supervision. Good reading, writing and communication skills in the English language are required. Occasional overtime work may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
