Role Summary/Purpose:
The Director of Project Management oversees the entire Project Management Office across the North America will dotted line responsibility of Project Managers in our LAC region.
Essential
Responsibilities:
P&L; responsibility - analyzing annual, quarterly and monthly revenue targets & cost-center budgets
Resource Management - planning and hiring to meet BU AOP expectations, plan training and execute Program Manager and PM development
Customer Relationship Management - provide support to Regions on escalations, run the customer concern calls, acts as high-level client escalation contact for project management issues
Service Sales - provide support to the Professional Service Sales organization on pre-sales opportunities around service delivery.
Reporting - Monitors and communicates internal expectations on key business metrics such as utilization, revenue generation, responsiveness and communication to clients, client satisfaction (Net Promoter Score), and employee education
Leadership Team - Works within Epicor to ensure that all project management operational functions are aligned with company Strategy, goals, and objectives, prioritizes projects by value-add, ROI potential, alignment to corporate goals, and impact on resources, ensures tight management, client communications, and expectation setting for client projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Applications or equivalent work experience.
Master's Degree preferred

years consulting services delivery management experience with at least 5
years of ERP software services experience
3
years of experience managing $25M annual P&L; with 50-100 direct reports
10
years Project Management experience with enterprise software
MS Project skills, Experience with all MS Office applications
Excellent Presentation skills: Ability to present to CXX level stakeholders in sales meetings, face to face, or remotely
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, field consultants, executives, and co-workers
Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks within assigned timeframes
Analyze customer problems and make recommendations for improvement
60% percent travel could be required
