Must be able to learn the EMCS user software language, CIL. Assists craftsmen in analysis of HAC System conditions for maintenance and repair. Performs duties of Civil Engineering service call function and unit control center after normal duty hours. Responsible for application of various regulations, operating instructions, operation plans, recall rosters, and all response actions to be taken in any event which affects the mission of the Base Civil Engineer organization. Performs other related duties as assigned.
