Responsibilities:
-Inspect a variety of parts to ensure conformance with print specifications and quality standards
-Calibrate assigned measuring instruments as required by Company policy
-Perform 1st Pc, In-Process, and Final Inspections
Job Prerequisites:
-Proficient in the follow instruments: Micrometer, Caliper, Plug/Pin/Thread Gages, Feeler Gages
-A working knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control), and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerencing)
-A working knowledge of blue print interpretation
-Can use Vision Systems/Comparators to measure parts
-Has performed 1st Pc, In-Process, and Final Inspections
Other:
-Functional computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Word/Excel
-Functional math skills, works well in a team environment, detail orientatedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
