Pay Rate: $42.76/hr
Description:
The BA will work with 3rd party vendors and internal IT and business partners to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX. We will be implementing MS Dynamics AX to replace multiple systems into a consolidated ERP.
Prior experience with MS Dynamics AX implementation is a huge plus. The 3rd party vendor has outlined an implementation plan and the BA will need to review the plan for accuracy and also verify milestones and deliverables are met according to timelines. Demonstrated project management experience is required.
30% of the time will be spent with 3rd party vendor coordination during the implementation
40% of the time will be sent writing test cases, creating a user training program and conducting user training sessions
30% of the time will be spent coordinating with the internal IT resources and the internal business users
Test cases exist for the current systems, documented workflows in Visio. Test cases will need to be written and executed for the new system implementation. The systems will run for a time concurrently and verification between the two systems will be a key activity to ensure accuracy and system functionality. The BA resource will need to identify system dependencies and test accordingly.
The current project is funded for 12 months, however the successful BA could be extended for the next 2 to 3 years to work on future projects.
Required / Desired Skills
Experience working with a Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation (Highly Desired 1 Years)
Demonstrated experience working on a 3rd party vendor implementation (Required 6 Years)
Project management experience to manage the 3rd party vendor timelines, milestones and deliverables. (Required 6 Years)
Ability to write test cases (Required 6 Years)
Experience coordinating testing efforts with IT teams and User Acceptance Training (Required 6 Years)
Experience creating and conducting user training sessions (Required 6 Years)
Visio (Required 2 Years)
