Client Description: Our client is part of one of the largest public accounting networks in the United States and an independent member of an international top ten accounting network.

Position
Summary: The position will further developing the Internal Audit market in New York. The individual will be responsible for leading, staffing and executing Internal Audits. The individual will be responsible for managing direct client relationships.

Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 9 years' experience in internal audit consulting, internal controls assessment, Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 (Sox 404) or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
Experience supervising junior and senior staff level resources.
Sales/opportunity creation experience.
Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting
Preferred Skills:
Experience in at least one of the following:
Leading internal audits
Corporate governance
Enterprise Risk Management
Anti-fraud projects
MBA

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
