Under indirect supervision, represents KP in the community, markets to new & existing employer groups in order to achieve forecasted subscriber goals; maintains effective relationships w/ group contacts & other program departments. Maintain & support a culture of compliance, ethics & integrity. Responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance for Health Plan Marketing. Maintains knowledge of policies & procedures & performs in accordance w/ applicable regulatory requirements, external laws & accreditation standards as they relate to Health Plan Marketing.
Essential Functions:
- Identifies & develops new marketing opportunities & strategies to support membership growth & retention
- Establishes & maintains effective relationships w/ newly formed & existing groups
- Uses market data & information to recommend & assist in the development of new products, programs, promotional strategies & services
- In addition to defined technical requirements, accountable for consistently demonstrating service behaviors & principles defined by the KP Service Quality Credo, the KP Mission as well as specific departmental/organizational initiatives
- Also accountable for consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, & behaviors necessary to provide superior & culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, & to purchasers, contracted providers & vendors

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales or marketing representative, preferably in the health insurance field.
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business or health related field
- Knowledge of the health care industry & health insurance benefits
External hires must pass a background check/drug screen.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
