The Business Analyst (BA) will help facilitate communication with product owners, development team, and business stakeholders as necessary. The BA will help the product owners work with business stakeholders to coordinate and detail incoming project requests. Additional primary duties include configuration of systems to meet project requirements, incident management, root cause analysis, defining corrective action, creating functional requirements, coordinating with quality assurance and development, performing post deployment testing, process monitoring, file management, data analysis and reporting. _

Interact with the business organization at all levels, including executive management, to understand the business process and the needs of the business
Gather business requirements from project stakeholders identifying potential solutions to the problems posed by the business needs
Translate the business requirements into functional requirements and create functional specification documents
Design, guide and oversee the configuration and implementation of systems and solutions based on your functional specifications.
Configuration activities within the I3 telephony platform to meet project requirements.
Configuration activities within the RightNow CRM platform to meet project requirements.
Configuration activities within the proprietary ACCENT contact management platform to meet project requirements.
Present solutions to the stakeholders and facilitate the iterative refinement of the requirements
Develop and maintain key relationships with all impacted business areas
Create and lead initiatives for special projects
Manage constantly changing priorities
Review and analyze results, assisting other business areas with issue resolution
Contribute to final decisions regarding the readiness of production implementation
Understanding of quality assurance concepts and techniques
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in an engagement center environment preferred
Previous Microsoft SQL Server experience preferred
Prior experience in software development preferred
Prior experience configuring I3 or RightNow solutions a plus
Proficient in SQL with experience in Microsoft SQL Server
Need to be able to handle support for variety of applications simultaneously
Must be able to operate in a flexible and dynamic environment
Must be able to work with client and negotiate priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Understanding of software development processes
Understanding of Agile project management with SCRUM
Understanding of systems analysis and design methodologies
Experience in meeting facilitation
Understanding of ETL concepts
Self-directed, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
