We are currently seeking a Holter-EKG Tech to work in our office in Collierville, TN

Job Description:
Performs holter scans on Zymed and Biomedical software with accuracy and efficiency. Knowledgeable of software and has accurate trouble shooting abilities of the software.
Supervision:Clinical Manager
Working Conditions:Office Environment
Essential Job Function:
Maintains expertise and certification regarding EKG arrhythmias and Holter software. Follows all procedures consistently and accurately
Performs scans in timely manner with minimum goal being no less than two (2) per hour
Assures back-up approval request maintained daily
Is knowledgeable regarding account preferences and MD report preference
Assures MD Notification Criteria is met
Knowledgeable regarding all Holters and assist accounts with hook-ups, pre-loading, downloading and report retrieval via Internet
Maintains neat, organized and clean work area
Maintains patient confidentiality and proper documentation
Contributes to positive work climate. Maintains good attitude, communication skills, depicted by Employee Manual. Keeps updated on written office communication. Demonstrates warm, friendly and helpful voice ant attitude to accounts
Assures all accounts on service includes the following:
MD Report Preference
MD Notification Criteria
Internet Requirements
Orientation Check List
Other Functions:
Performs additional duties and functions (essential or otherwise), which may be assigned from time to time.
Physical Demands:
Computer entry and telephone usage. Position requires some physical exertion such as reaching, bending, standing walking and light lifting no in excess of 30 lbs. Can involve long periods of sitting.

Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. Beginning level computer, word processing and typing skills.
Special Requirements:
Must be willing to work occasional odd hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays. Occasional on-call and occasional work at home assignments.
