Requirements:
JD with a minimum of three years of experience, preferably at a major law firm or in-house at a corporate legal department.
Corporate transactional, contracts negotiation and/or commercial transaction experience, preferably with background in bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, business/finance and corporate transactions matters.
Demonstrated ability to learn business requirements quickly, analyze legal and commercial risks and propose creative, business-oriented solutions.
Ability to interact directly with internal business managers and subject matter experts to address the needs of a growing global business in a thoughtful and practical manner.
Ability to effectively support a team of senior attorneys, and to assess, calibrate, communicate and handle evolving priorities in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
NJ and NY bar admission required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and business-oriented environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
