IT Quality Assurance Manager
The qualified candidate will plan, coordinate, and direct staff in the quality assurance program for our customer. This includes designing programs, policies, procedures, and tools to ensure continuous improvement of IT services and integrity of systems. Other management responsibilities will include overseeing, planning, execution, and evaluation of testing efforts for new or modified technology solutions.
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree
5
years of experience with IT systems testing
2
years of experience managing testing teams
Experience using HP Quality Center for testing
Experience managing and/or coordinating testing execution
Experience with test planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting
o Experience designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Successful track record in large testing initiatives
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Must be able to work occasional weekends
NICE TO HAVE:
