Senior Manager, Product Development

The Senior Manager, Product Development has responsibility for the Prospective Advantage external messaging that support business and operational needs for launch and go to market activities. In this exciting and challenging role, you will lead a team focused on communications, training and product support materials, market and competitive analysis and RFP response.
Define the product strategy and associated messaging that support business and operational needs for service delivery including launch and go-to-market activities;
Define and manage support of the delivery of periodic product updates and enhancements ensuring that all internal and external facing materials are ready for new product releases, launch activities, etc.;
Manage idea generation and screening, conceptual development and testing of new product ideas/enhancements through research initiatives;
Provide product training and documentation for prospective risk adjustment;
Collaborate with marketing to develop thought leadership materials designed to accelerate customers and industry awareness of prospective advantage;
Support Business Development and Marketing and other business teams in proposal, renewal, value proposition and messaging of new business efforts as needed;
Create and maintain product specific presentations highlighting capabilities and strategic direction for sales support and executive reporting;
Be an expert with respect to competitive, industry and regulatory trends; and
Provide team leadership, coaching and development.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA/Master's degree preferred;
Minimum of five years of product management, or marketing experience; risk adjustment experience preferred;
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand the Company's products and process, regulatory and competitive environments;
Highly computer literate and detail oriented;
Professionally skilled in personal presentation, verbal, and written communication;
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, while meeting regular deadlines;
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams to drive product to launch; and
Ability to travel to client and industry events.
