DTZ has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant with AP and AR experience in Blair, NE.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
This position administers all functions associated with the accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions. Applies to all operations located in facility. Provide clerical support for the staff as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. Safety First expectations include, but are not limited to Observation Process and all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
Responsible for performing non-routine, moderately complex accounts receivable functions following established procedures, including Projects Team administration for all operations located in within Cargill facility.
Maintains the accounts receivable ledger and/or processes and corrects billing records, credit and collection activities.
Analyzes and processes transactions.
Must have strong computer skills including working knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word and possess the ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask.
Employee will perform any and all other relevant duties assigned by the responsible supervisor.
Must develop and maintain a good working relationship with the customer and maintain customer's confidence through effective communication, open rapport, and solid record of delivery on commitments.

Ensures compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.

ADMINISTRATIVE
HR, and Payroll assistance as necessary, Expense Reports, Travel Arrangements
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Reconciles/Prepares all month end customer invoices, Aging Report, New Vendor Set-Up
Tracks/Codes/Reconciles P-Card statements, Procure +, Collects/Codes/Submits invoices to shared services.
Management of cell phones and uniforms.
Qualifications:
Education:High School level education.
Experience:Two years experience.
Strong math skills MS Excel and computer experience.
Strong knowledge and experience with MS Access preferred.
Experience using 10 key.
