A prestigious hospital in downtown Boston is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to work alongside the Project Manager and assist them in several projects and implementations. This an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to move into a Junior Project Manager or Junior Business Analyst position!
Essential Functions:
Assist Project Manager with process mapping and work flow diagrams
Lead project initiatives with direction from Project Manager
Ability to shift gears to work with different levels in the organization in different departments
Assist with meeting preparation, meeting notes and other project documentation
Able to grow with the project and take on new responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
Visio is 100% must have
Hospital experience (eligibility, referrals and authorizations)
Strong understanding of work flows
2-5 years of Project Coordination/BA experience
Extremely strong communication skills
