_Position Overview_ :
As an integral part of Project Management within McCormick IT, the incumbent is responsible for the coordinated management of a wide range of IT programs and related projects. The incumbent will also assist key business and IT personnel with project prioritization and program development to drive alignment with the strategies of the corporation.
This position is responsible for the planning, execution, and close-out of strategic IT initiatives, including coordination with executive sponsors, business partners, external vendors, and peers to achieve overall program objectives. The incumbent will review completed projects and programs to assess overall performance against delivery targets, including objectives, approved scope, actual costs versus budget, schedule attainment, and agreed upon business outcomes. This individual acts as a liaison with all stakeholders and IT groups worldwide to drive project milestones, coordinate resource requirements and implementation schedules with other key initiatives.
The incumbent will support and improve internal IT project, program, and portfolio processes and monitor adherence to approved practices. This individual will mentor other project managers on effective project management tools and techniques and may also provide direct supervision to assigned project managers.
_RESPONSIBILITIES_:
Managing all components of assigned programs, including budgets, scope, schedules, risks, and allocated resources to ensure agreed business outcomes are achieved
Monitoring regional and global projects to assure on time delivery and effective cost and risk management, intervening as required to mitigate potential program integration issues.
Oversight, development and deployment of consistent project management processes, tools and reports.
Coordinating resolution of project risks and issues
Defining key project metrics. Assisting in the on-going refinement of IT project management best practices and methodologies supported by standardized project metrics.
Leading gate reviews for active projects and post project reviews and close out sessions.
Leading monthly peer reviews to assess and communicate performance of key strategic projects.
Analyzing completeness of financial budgets established prior to project approval.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

years experience managing complex IT projects in multiple technologies and functions, including 3
years of program management experience. Demonstrated success managing one or more international, cross-functional, technology program (SAP, ECM, CRM, Merchandisers, DevEx). Experience in in a food company is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership skills in a multi cultural and matrix organization
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management Body of Knowledge
Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
Knowledge of agile principles and meothodologies a plus.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to influence and lead without direct authority
Strong analytical and logical skills plus thorough and competent with detail
Mature attitude with the ability to work remotely from direct leadership
Establishes reliable, accurate work methods that are successful within given time-frames
Proficiency of a second European Language would be an advantage (French or Spanish ideally)
Stong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient knowledge and application of MicroSoft Office, with advanced knowledge in MicroSoft Project and Excel.
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
