Flexo/Extrusion Shift Supervisor

We are looking to hire an experienced Shift Supervisor with prior background in flexo printing and/or film extrusion. Job is to supervise the flexo depatrment in their daily duties and to participate in ISO and AIB re-certification annually.
Qualifications:
Experience as a lead/supervisor/manager in manufacturing. Experience with blown mono/co-extrusion and/or Flexographic printing is preferred.
Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem solving methodology. Utilization of Lean or Six Sigma methodology preferred. TOC experience is a plus.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to teach, coach and develop employees.
Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP and timekeeping system preferred.
Experience in an AIB and ISO preferred.
Project management skills.
Experience with key measurements, costs and budgets preferred.
College Degree preferably in Business / Manufacturing Technology preferred, or equivalent experience.
Salary based on experience. Full company benefits. Possible relocation available for the right candidate.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
