Project Description:
Experience implementing Contact / Call centers is required
International experience preferred

Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management, coordination, execution, control and completion of a project
Project Manager is primarily focused on Outputs
Manages the end-to-end Project Lifecycle for given Initiative
Defines Project Governance including definition of Roles and Responsibilities
Manages Project requirements, Scope, Schedule / Plan, Quality, Resources, and Budget
Maintains Project specific issues / risks / decision logs
Communicates Project status to appropriate stakeholders (as per communication plan)
Serves as the primary point of contact for all communications within BioPharma IT, Business teams, and any third party involved
Adheres to the client's standard Project estimation, approval, and change control processes
Ensures all Projects adhere to the Program / Project Management Framework, ADM / System Development Lifecycle, Sarbanes-Oxley, GxP, the client's policies and procedures, and other compliance processes, where applicable
Manages conflict resolution and issue escalation
Manages all Go-Live, closeout, and transition to support activities
Coordinates with external / unrelated projects for potential impact

month position starts ASAP.
