Financial Analyst

Our client is currently seeking a strong Financial Analyst to assist with overflow work on a contract basis.
Main Duties &
Responsibilities:
Assist with preparation and reconciliation of internal / external reporting
Prepare consolidated reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and account reconciliations
Prepare and perform overhead analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
Ensure SOX compliance and perform SOX documentation
Perform variance analysis and assist with Ad Hoc projects as requested by management team
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical and accounting issues
Qualifications:
Two plus years of public and / or corporate accounting / finance experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Public accounting and entertainment experience preferred
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Intermediate to advance Excel skills with ability to master new systems quickly
Previous experience with SAP and BW highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interface with various levels of management team
