Description
The Program Management Analyst will support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Mentor-Prot g Program at different levels, from daily management to short-term assignments. The Project Analyst will provide technical, management and administrative services in support of daily program management, including review, analysis, and approval monitoring and tracking of participants in the Mentor-Prot g program. To include, but not limited as required to, provide assistance in developing strategic plans for related program areas; develop and modify policies, operative procedures, and products for public dissemination; create contract awards and modifications; process Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs); electronic data entry of Mentor-Prot g performance and financial data; maintain NGA's small business vendor list and prepare information on the SBPO website; review Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) performance reviews and semi-annual report for completeness, consistency and best practices with required follow-up; collect and maintain all Mentor-Prot g funding, obligation, and management processes and coordinate with OSD Office of Small Business Programs Office (OSBP); perform statistical analyses of Mentor-Prot g Agreements to determine any trends for management oversight. The Project Analyst will assist the NGA Small Business Programs Office (SBPO) in the establishment and maintenance plan of a comprehensive program for the management, review and administration of the DoD Pilot Mentor-Prot g Program administered by the NGA SBPO. In addition, provide program management support and assist in SBPO in coordinating with large and small businesses, including current and potential mentors and prot g s as well as other contractor personnel within DoD. The Project Analyst will compile and perform statistical analysis data of the Mentor-Prot g Agreements. Data is analyzed to monitor history and growth of program participants (during and after) to track performance of program agreements including milestones, deliverables and qualitative assessments. Microsoft Office experience required.
An Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI is Required for this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
