Reports to Group Manager, Professional Education
Develop comprehensive resident education strategy to meet the evolving needs of Academic Institutions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D; and education technology team to develop a differentiated resident education curriculum.
Partner with MD&D; colleagues to further enhance education offering focused on total solutions.
Collaborate with Franchise Account Management team to identify strategic accounts and develop customized education programs.
Design and implement needs assessments; draw conclusions and recommend appropriate learning initiatives to fill gaps.
Manage the design and development of learning initiatives, from single sessions to more complex, multi-part programming, including e-learning tools, using sound instructional design strategies.
Partner with education technology team to leverage existing and new technology in the design and delivery of education strategies to effectively reach stakeholders and reinforce key learning concepts.
Develop performance measurement tools for learning initiatives and provide analysis of results, including recommendations for improvement after training to meet the evolving requirements.
Complete cross functional special projects as needed.
Connected Partnerships - Partner with professional education managers and external third parties to develop a complementary resident education offering that meets the evolving ABOS, ABNS & ACGME guidelines.
Program Development & Execution - Ability to develop comprehensive resident education curriculum and maximize program efficiency and effectiveness by challenging and changing the status quo and removing barriers; shapes process and systems to ensure improvements are sustained and scalable.
Market & Industry Knowledge - Understands the external marketplace including rapidly evolving ABOS and ACGME guidelines, academic institution guidelines and applies knowledge to shape planning and anticipate future trends.
Demonstrate Solid Connect, Shape, Lead and Deliver - with emphasis on Lead and Deliver
Qualifications
BA/BS degree is required. A minimum of 5 years experience in medical device industry.
Must have demonstrated presentation skills.
Must work well in a team and cross-functional environment.
Must have the ability to make decisions independently and seek guidance where appropriate.
Proven written and verbal communication skills; effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills required.
Requires up to 25% travel including weekends.
Med Device Industry/Regulated Industry expertise.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
