Position Description:
Enabling all aspects of NSG PMO Customer outcomes outreach teams and engaging in NSG outreach to the max extent. Coordinate across NGA outreach community of interest, Lead NSG information technology outreach, working with and through NGA Customer Service processes; work directly with stakeholders when appropriate. Coordinate with programs and maintain a current list of actions and milestones related to T Execution Plan for FY14 and beyond;
Assist with the development of updates to customer specific master program schedules and maintain a depiction of NGA program migration/evolution. Support outreach visit planning pre-coordination efforts and associated coordination to include development of DRAFT charts, agendas, etc. Assist in defining the strategic communications message for T programs and related IT transformation briefing by maintaining gold copy and continuously updating charts based on user feedback Assist and attend weekly meeting coordination - with T-TXs/NSTs, OGS, OGM, Service GEOINT officers, Pentagon, COCOMS, civil agencies, etc. Attend external and internal outreach meetings and customer engagements to document actions, decisions, meeting notes, etc.
This individual will also be responsible for the following deliverables.
Outreach pre-coordination plans
Packages/master schedules/agenda development, coordination across T programs to develop and update strategic communications plan/related materials/briefings, etc.
Coordination across NGA KCs to build a coordinated message.
Continuously updated IT transformation briefing package,
Weekly summary of NGA activity of interest to the NSG/ASG IT and systems development community
Mission Outcomes-related inputs to OGM's process to ID unmet needs and communicate/advocate needs with relevant T programs.
Develop and update NSG PMO Community outreach intellipedia page on multiple domains to communicate to externals, post briefings, etc. Establish a FAQ memo and continuously update to coordinate with externals.
Read-ahead materials and coordination for meetings attended NSG PMO leadership
Required Qualifications:
Experience related to multiple IT functions and related personnel development activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under little to no daily supervision.
Proven forward thinking and innovative in approach.
Bachelor's Degree and 12 - 15 years of related experience.
Current TS/SCI Clearance

Qualifications:
Experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business areas and knowledge of related field tools, methodologies, or best practices.
Workforce development experience (work roles, career development, training administration, workforce planning), IT experience (with emphasis on personnel development or training).
Proficiency with MS Office tools for collaboration.
Graduate Degree and 12-15 years of experience.
