Education or Training Required:
Must have on-the-job training with majority of jobs on the eviscerating end of the kill floor.
Including eviscerating, bung guns, brisket saws, mid-trimmer, head dropper.
Authorized Training Required:
Forklift / Pallet jack
Lockout / Tag out
Fall Protection
Experience Required (Length & Type)
Minimum six months kill floor experience in the eviscerating area required.
Skills Required
Must have proven knowledge of majority of jobs in the eviscerating area.
Good communication skills are necessary.
Must be willing to learn and follow safety rules, plant procedures.
Summary of Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Must be capable of performing any job in the final rail area at a qualified status. Will fill in for
absent employees if necessary. Assist supervisor and trainer in proper training and safety of
hourly employees. Promote safety and lead by example.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
