Maintenance Supervisor - Food Manufacturing
Summary: Supervise and coordinate
the activities of maintenance employees to assure proper maintenance and mechanic
repair of machinery and equipment within the allotted budget and consistent with company
policies, procedures and FSIS regulations. Develop a competent workforce through training,
communicating expectations, providing frequent feedback, and, when necessary, taking
disciplinary action in accordance with Company policy. Monitor and enforce security and
safety rules; follow up on equipment installed and its current operations; provide frequent
feedback concerning the status of areas of responsibility. Maintain records of equipment
and employee time records.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; or five to seven years
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hours of Work: Generally 12 or more hours per day, normally four days per week
including weekends.
Bottom line :

2. Supervisory experience in maintenance.
