Candidate should be familiar with plant floor operations, including an understanding of machinery used in production and major processes, such as, check-off, set-up, maintaining run speed, automation, safe work environment practices, employee supervision etc. Full-time, salary, 401k, heath care plan. Applicant must have experience working as a converting supervisor or closely related position in a converting facility.
