Position Description:
The .Net Application Developer will lead IT system development projects across UHCI platforms. This person will have to be able to handle multiple roles including but not limited to: technical lead, project management, systems analyst, .Net developer and collaborating with business partners to build great solutions. Responsibilities will span technical planning and execution along with being a partner to the business and helping the development team grow for the future.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Development team leadership from SME competency to complete SDLC leadership for development of .Net solutions
Lead and assist business partners along with other development team members through the SDLC
Lead development team in best practices of software development and design
Lead business and development team members through system design discussions
Steer development process and planning
Review team deliverables and provide direction on meeting best practices
Lead implementation objectives and strategies for new technologies
Recommend changes to development processes and procedures as needed
Proactively communicate to management on the status of projects and deliverables
Critical Success Factors
Strong technical knowledge in design patterns, .Net development and web development
Ability to adapt to new situations, changing priorities and new applications
Ability to grow knowledge on a topic with minimal direction given
Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
Ability to work in highly diversified teams with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to anticipate and communicate potential problems while determining solutions
Must have the ability to work under pressure but continue to think clearly and provide support or guidance to team members during difficult processes and schedules

Qualifications:

years .Net Development experience
4
years SQL Server development experience
3
years HTML5, CSS and Java Script experience
2
years IIS experience
2
years API design and a history of building solutions from API documentation
3
years ASP.NET MVC 4 experience
Bachelors degree required
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A. without sponsorship
Preferred
Qualifications:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
