Provide technical and/or business consultative leadership. Drives cost effective and timely delivery of billable implementation services that drive EMC product and service revenues. Monitors program delivery and provides coaching, counseling, and motivation to maximize employee performance. Proactively identifies and provides input into the development of Project Management policies, procedures, standards and strategies. Maintains awareness and involvement in existing or potential customer escalation issues. Ensures compliance with the EMC escalation and change control process. Develop and articulate solutions based on the customers strategic business or technical requirements. Prepare technical architectural and implementation design documents and work with the Project Manager to develop an implementation plan. Participate in the development, customization, installation, and integration of an EMC solution. Contributes to the development and responsible for the communication and delivery assurance of EMC standards, policies and procedures. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Comp. Sci., Engin(any), Business, Math, Physics, or related technical field plus 60 months experience in job offered or computer related occupation.
Experience must include 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Experience must include: 1) Architecting and implementing Data Encryption, Key Management and Tokenization solutions, 2) Designing and developing custom security applications using RSA BSAFE and PCKS#11 APIs, 3) Leading a team of software developers in analyzing customer requirements, developing design documents, building custom security solutions and managing the software development lifecycle, 4) Developing in C, C+
and Java, 5) RSA Key Manager/ Data Protection Manager and RSA Access Manager, including deployment and application integration, 6) Cryptographic algorithms for encryption and digital signatures, and 7) Generating and managing Public Key Infrastructure certificates. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
