Job Description
The Resident Services Manager provides administrative support and property financial records to include student accounts, books, and records are accurate, assists the CM/GM and maintains e-site system to include balancing student accounts, updating applicant and lease information, handling payments and credits, making balanced daily deposits through eSite, producing and balancing month end reports, assisting Leasing & Marketing Manager and CM/GM with leasing statistics, managing all late payments and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:
Handles all of the accounting function at the property including but not limited to rent collection, bank deposits, accounts payables to include coding and entering invoices, balancing student accounts, updating applicant and lease information, handling payments and credits, making balanced daily deposits through e-site, producing and balancing month end reports, assisting Leasing & Marketing Manager and CM/GM with leasing statistics, managing all late payments and accounts receivable.
Handles all daily, weekly and monthly leasing reports generated through eSite/AMSI software for the weekly sales meetings. Produces SODAS in accordance with regulations; produces quarterly Rent Roll Audits.
Assisting the CM and LMM with leasing statistics through the use of e-site and all student records and lease files.
Assist in the development of the office staff. In conjunction with the CM/GM and Leasing & Marketing Manager, supervise student workers (CA/RAs) who are involved in office procedures; set up time schedules for the CA/RA's and ensure schedules are executed.
Maintain a highly interactive approach with residents and assist in problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of residents
Collects rent and maintains an acceptable level of delinquencies; produces late notices and is systematic in the distribution of late notices and processing of fees, etc., moves residents in and out of the system and is accurate in maintaining the records in eSite and AMSI.
Balance and maintain all petty cash funds.
Assist in the execution of activities for the residents to create an enjoyable environment for the residents.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Education and Experience - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and one year of related work experience is required.
Physical and Environmental - The ability to see, hear, speak, comprehend, and communicate are required. The position may require the ability to physically inspect the properties, construction projects, and portfolio, plus the Resident Services Manager must possess any abilities and skills required to carry out the responsibilities outlined above, even if not specifically mentioned herein.
