Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in a meat processing facility or maintenance-related
field.

Strong communication and problem solving skills required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before immediate manager or employees of organization.
Thorough understanding of maintenance technology.
Must be able to ready/write and speak English.
Ability to maintain confidentiality a must.
Summary of Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate activities in the maintenance department to ensure timely and safe
production standards are met. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
rganization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning
and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
