The Production Manager will lead the manufacturing team in safety, continuous improvement, quality, efficiency, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Provide expectations, accountability, and direction to all direct reports
Lead a culture that promotes involvement, communication, mutual trust & respect, and team work.
Ensure all customer concerns are promptly addressed through 8D problem solving.
Provide oversight to capacity and production planning to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Champion problem solving teams and the use of Lean Principles to continually improve key measure performance.
Interview and participate in the hiring of all operators and supervisors continue to build a great team.
Ensure all employees receive adequate training and timely evaluations.
Promote safety daily.
Qualifications:
Extensive plastic injection molding experience required
Bachelors degree

years production management experience in a manufacturing environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
