The Cyber ISD will apply training and education techniques and instructional system design methodologies to bring designated Lesson Plans (LP) and Programs Of Instruction (POI) to TR 350-70 standard and to properly document the products in Training Development Capability-Course Resource Model /Instructor Resource Model (TDC-CRM / IRM) for the Cyber functional areas coming out of the Cyber Center of Excellence.
Education/
Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Graduate of the Command and General Staff College, Sergeant Majors Academy or military service school equivalent
Familiarity with TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems and its supporting pamphlets
Familiarity with Army's Cyber Center of Excellence
Understanding of military training and education development process
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional System Design or Education and an area of interest in analysis of data and information will be given preference
Five (5) years Cyber experience with knowledge in training and education product development in the institutional domain (Army Schoolhouse Instructor)
Five (5) years of military experience with the knowledge of training and education development processes
Training Development Capability (TDC): The ability to effectively and efficiently use TDC to review, revise or create POIs and LPs
Understanding of ADDIE Model Analysis: Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation process model
Background in Instructional System Design methodology and principles
Ability to review Program of Instruction, Lesson Plans against 350-70 standards and develop recommendations.
Understanding of Army's Training Development Capability
