Job Purpose
Duties
Work with the customer to detail and convert business requirements into system functional, non-functional, and operational requirements
Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements and business processes
Develop, maintain, and provide feedback for customer process documentation
Provide clear and concise requirements documentation to include business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Develop process models, use cases, and scenarios
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communication
Works well as a team, as well as individually, at all levels of an organization to obtain knowledge that facilitates problem resolution
Facilitate and manage group requirements review session
Manage requirements and artifacts in appropriate requirements management tools (Collab tool, Serena RM, and SharePoint)
Research background information in order to be more effective and to facilitate understanding of overall program activities
Support the testing process by providing documentation, researching questions, and providing timely answers
Keep management informed of progress and solicit assistance when a road block is present
Participate in the interview process for various levels of BAs
Maintains confidentially of information as specified by Edaptive Information Security Department
Mentor and serve as a resource for team members
Support transition of newly hired employees to our business
Assure work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content
All other duties as assigned or directed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
6
years of experience as a business analyst
Experience with requirements elicitation and management techniques
Experience with a modern requirements management tool such as Serena, DOORS, Requisite Pro, Quality Center, or Caliber RM
Experience leading analysis activities of other BAs on a software development team
Education and/or formal training may substitute for experience requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CMS systems and contracting
Healthcare experience
Expertise with a variety of requirements elicitation and management techniques

Ability to elicit requirements using a variety of techniques, including: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or view points
Assist with the development of functional specifications ( (and, possibly, system design specifications) for client engagements
Understand technical design specifications
Experience utilizing requirements management tools
Possess a strong attention to detail
Demonstrate flexibility in day-to-day work
Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members
Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust with fellow innovators

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
