Description:
Patricio Enterprises is seeking systems engineers with past experience supporting Army programs to support the U.S. Army's PEO Soldier as Senior Engineers. Must have experience supporting DoD, preferably Army technical programs. Experienced preparing, reviewing, and supporting staff actions for senior Army programs. The Engineers will work on design, development, implementation and analysis of technical products and systems. The Engineer will work within a client group or in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) of a Research and Development (R&D;), production, manufacturing, software development and/or quality (test and evaluation) nature, in a fast paced work environment.Positions will require a candidate who can be successful working as a team with Military and Government program managers, Must be a self-starter able to hit the ground running, capable of working in a rapid paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Provides the highest level of technical expertise or specialty engineering for the entire engineering life cycle in one or more engineering disciplines such as: electronic engineering, electrical engineering, thermal engineering, optical engineering, materials engineering, quality engineering, aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, and computer engineering.
Conducts interoperability analysis, program analysis, requirements analysis, program planning, and cost analysis.
Performs top level design, development, fabrication, testing, installation, troubleshooting.
Directs and manages large scale, complex programs.
Sets and maintains overall direction for a program to control overall scope, budget, and schedule
Communicates with client executive management to ensure that critical program related issues are addressed.
Coordinates efforts with other functions.
Utilize mathematical, technological, and/or engineering knowledge in order to develop products defined by the Customer, in a timely manner and a professional quality level.
Clearly communicate engineering concepts to other team members (e.g. Logisticians, Program Managers) as part of integrated product development.
Organize, analyze, interpret and verify engineering data collected from various engineering events, processes and products, to ensure accuracy and usefulness of such information.
Recommend improvement to current engineering products and processes, based on objective analysis of available data, to the Customer and/or other team members.
Provide engineering input into interdisciplinary documentation, as requested by the Customer.
Conduct formal qualification tests for new product and new component introduction.
Collect and analyze data for both internal and external product failures leading toward cost reduction and process improvement.
Communicate test status and results.
Design, maintain and update test fixtures.
Ability to obtain and maintain any clearances, statuses, licenses, or determinations as required by the Customer.
Maintains regular onsite work schedule.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expert ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information
Expertise with DoD acquisition and systems engineering policies
Expertise expressing ideas orally and in writing
Must have the technical knowledge to be able to review and critique documents for appropriate content
Expert ability to work with large amounts of data
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a regular, full-time position based. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, core business hours as required.
Travel: Occasional travel may be expected in this position.
Required Education and Experience
BS or higher in Engineering from an institution with an professional engineering curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), with 12 years relevant experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
