Our client is a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment for the foods processing industries and is looking for a Mechanical Engineer who has experience in automating processes with robotics and vision systems.

This position will responsible for increasing efficiency and effectiveness of all production related manufacturing processes and equipment, with the goal of manufacturing a high quality product in a repeatable and cost effective manner.

The position will engineer, design, draw, fabricate, and commission new equipment, as well as design improvements for, and repair of, existing equipment in order to achieve manufacturing cost reductions and increased labor utilization.
Qualifications
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field with minimum 4 years related experience in manufacturing setting required. Must be experienced with design and development of automated, high-speed equipment.
Experience in vision systems using the latest video inspection and control.
Experience with and solid knowledge of automation, robotics and vision system; Controls experience highly desired.
Good understanding of Welding of metal.
Direct involvement with machine and tooling design - Solid model software knowledge required; AutoCAD Inventor experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
