CERTIFIED MEDICATION AID (NEW JERSEY CERTIFIED ASSISTED LIVING MEDICATION AID): Bentley Senior Living an industry leader in Assisted Living and Alzheimers Care located in Pennsauken New Jersey is seeking two New Jersey Certified Assisted Living Medication Aides to join our team of health care professionals. We have one day shift (10am-6:30pm) and one second shift (3:30pm-mid night) position available. Interested candidates must possess a New Jersey CMA Certification; minimum of one year experience as a direct care giver/Medication Aid and experience within an Assisted Living Community, Long Term Care Facility, or Adult Medical Day Care. Responsibilities include:
Direct Resident Care; medication administration, required treatments and documentation
Assist the Registered Nurse with Managing and Supervising our personal care assistants
Educate Residents, Families and Staff on compliance with good health care practices
Document on residents as required; using our CMA communication program
Conduct Quality Assurance Rounds and supervise staff compliance with your recommendations
This is a Hands On, Medication Administration and Supervisor Position reporting directly to the Director of Health Care. Bentley Senior Living is offering a complete compensation package commensurate with your experience. In addition to we offer a complete package of; health and dental care, paid time off and 401K.
