Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically; install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications; develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software; confer with end users to determine types of hardware and software are needed to achieve goals; participate in evaluating new hardware/software; attend training; stay abreast of latest software/hardware developments; function as ITS team member. Must have BS, Computer Science; in depth knowledge of: Helpbox; MS Access databases; ImageCast; Deep Freeze; IDimage; POISE SkyLite; MS Outlook; Barracuda; Adobe Captivate; installation and configuring SPSS, PrintLimit, Radmin; setup of network data storage drives; Dell desktop pcs; HP printers; MS Windows and MAC OS. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
