Our Southfield, MI Client is seeking a Business Process Analyst expert in SAP functionalities for Supply Chain Management (focus on LE, WM, HUM, RF, Label Management), to integrate in its SAP Competency Center. Objective of this position: The SCE teams are responsible for the LE, WM, HUM and RF functionalities in SAP supporting the objective to roll out and support SAP in all of the company's major manufacturing facilities.
Job Description: The role entails all aspects of process and best practice definition, documentation, governance, testing, deployment, stabilizing and supporting of the SAP model as well as any integration points to complementary and legacy applications. You will be a highly talented individual who enjoys working and delivering within a fast paced, challenging and constantly changing environment. A positive attitude towards continuous improvement must be combined with a high degree of drive and enthusiasm and an ability and willingness to work with only minimal supervision. Role
Summary: To work as a -Team Member- as part of a multi-cultural and highly motivated team designing and supporting innovative and common processes for all aspects of supply chain for our North American facilities. The successful candidate must be capable of operating across multiple SAP R/3 and ECC6.0 platforms globally as well as be able to promote common tools for what are currently diverse business units and markets.
7-9 years SAP experience incorporating 2-3 full project lifecycles and Support
Minimum of 5 years experience configuration and implementation of LE (Outbound, Inbound), WM, HUM solutions
Good understanding of the standard SAP solution set
Able to demonstrate knowledge of the integration points with other Key modules SD/ PP / MM /Label Management/EDI
Experience of automotive industry including JIT Scheduling agreement & material interchange, document and label standards will be appreciated
Knowledge of RF connectivity and solutions
Knowledge of Interfaces / IDOC management
Use of LSWM
Able to create / understand info-sets and SAP Queries
Capable to debug, run system traces and understand the results Essential Process and

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the related business end to end processes (Planning to produce, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay)
Deep analytical ability and strong will to architect best in class solutions
Previously worked in a truly global capacity and able to demonstrate the challenges and opportunities this presents
Able to see the bigger picture
Considers the future requirements / i.e. not just reactive and short term
Experience working with a multiple and formal change control process
Willingness to adhere to a standard, global template and govern the consistency of the global process model.
Able to operate with MS Word, Excel, Power-point etc.
Desirable:
SAP certification in WM
3rd party warehouse experience
Experience of reporting to BW
Awareness of the new dimension SAP tools (SCM)
Knowledge of workflow Additional Characteristics:
