POSITION
Summary:
Multi-skilled individual conducts a variety of utilities operation and maintenance activities following the maintenance work process to optimize utility equipment operation, provide ongoing preventive maintenance and improvement support to a pre-determined maintenance plan, and insure the continuous supply of quality services needed to produce RTD Beverage products.

PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Starts, stops, operates, monitors, and maintains all Utilities and Operational support systems.
Plans & completes all preventive and corrective maintenance of all facility and office equipment to include but not limited to the following:
Boiler water treatment
Boiler steam and condensate systems
Ammonia refrigeration system (chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, AHU's, etc.)
Maintain LP and HP air compression systems including air dryers
Monitor and coordinate cooling tower water treatment and component repairs
Maintain RO system and components
Maintain silo tank offload systems
Monitor and control chemical treatment of pH neutralization system and control of wastewater discharge
Coordinate plan fire protection systems including sprinkler system, fire pump and alarms
Coordinate maintenance and chemical treatment of cooling towers
Coordination, monitoring and administration of energy management systems
Ability to manage PM's and work orders
Assists in establishing daily checklists and preventive / predictive maintenance programs for utility equipment.
Identifies utility equipment problems and improvement opportunities and communicates to appropriate personnel.
Provides improvement project support as needed.
Insure compliance with all Nestl , QMS, FDA, NCE, and NEE best practices and utilities quality requirements.
All members of the Maintenance and Engineering group will work with one another in a team environment requiring high level communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. All positions require a high school diploma or GED in addition to work experience or equivalent education and the ability to work with computers. Because the Anderson Facility is operational 24 hours per day, team members will be expected to work off-shifts as well as weekends and extended shifts. Schedules consist of 12-hour Day and Night Rotational Shifts.
Applicants must have prior experience in PLC's, Electrical work, and Utilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
