Job Description
As Application Developer you will play important role in the development and maintenance of enterprise Risk Management System and Business Intelligence platforms. Contribute to the design, development and deployment various software components. Developer will interact with the business user community to gather requirements for various projects.
Key
Responsibilities:
Participate in project planning sessions with product/project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution.
Design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply with Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps.
Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.
Document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules.
Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation.

Qualifications
Basic
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7
years of experience as software developer
Minimum of 4
years of J2EE development experience on server and client side
Minimum of 2
years PL/SQL development with Oracle 10g or above
Minimum of 2
years experience with Basic UNIX/Linux commands
Experience working with data warehousing and relational data model
Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex production issues
B.S. Degree in computer science or related field
Preferred Skills:
Experience with industry standard Business Intelligence tools
Experience with at least one of the Java based Business Rules Management Systems
Experience with Business process management tools preferably Pega PRPC
Experience with Agile software development
Experience with Web logic server environment
Experience in high volume transaction process environment
REST architecture styles
Experience integrating mobile apps with web services (e.g. REST, JSON, XML).
Experience in Application Security Code Review and/or Application Vulnerability Assessment
Knowledge of payment processing industry
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
