As a Oracle Developer you will maintain and modify the Automated Radiological Controls Management Information System (ARCMIS) application. You will work with a team of 5 seasoned developers/SME's.
Duties will entail programming in analyzing customer request, requirements and prioritizing. Work with team members but must be able to work on own and stay focused and on track. Programming will be in C, C++, Pro C, Oracle Forms and Reports residing on a Oracle Fusion Middle Tier Server. Will be responsible for documentation, version control, unit testing and, on occasion, customer interface for problem resolution or clarification. Additional duties may include security documentation and validation. Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL is required. Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports helpful but not required.
US Citizen
Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
Oracle database SQL and PL/SQL programming
Writing and changing Oracle procedures and functions
Programming experience in C and/or C++
Good technical writing skills for documentation
Coding and unit testing software that meets business requirements and technical design
Supports and/or installs software applications, infrastructure and development tools
Follow coding standards established to parallel CMMI level III

Current and Active US Secret Security Clearance
Applicants selected for this position will require an active/interim DoD Secret clearance, background screening. Applicants selected for a security clearance will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirement for access to classified information.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
