Seeking a Field Service Technician BPFST
Our Client Company is a specialist and technology partner for plant, equipment, and services for processing basic foods and for manufacturing advanced materials. They are currently seeking a Field Service Technician in Holland, MI. The salary is 13 to 18 dollars per hour, depending upon experience, ability, knowledge, etc. Relocation assistance is available.
The Field Service Technician performs field service work related to company products and services. At the clients site, he or she assembles and tests products while conducting a variety of manufacturing tasks according to established procedures, while conforming to all safe practices. Additionally, the Field Service Technician coordinates efforts with Customer Service Technical Advisors and Inside Sales, and assists other Field Service Technicians when needed. He or she also participates in company training to continuously enhance skills. This is a hands-on role requiring travel 80% to 90% of the time.
Requirements:
High school diploma with 3 years related experience
Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
Experience working with DOS and Windows operating systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to maintain positive composure in stressful situations
