Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, order placement and new account establishment. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process orders, mails catalogs, samples, price quotations, and similar data as required by customer
Receives customers' requests by telephone, mail or face to face, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion
Set up new accounts
Direct requests to designated resources
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and corporate information
JOB REQUIREMENTS

years of Customer Service experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Data collection and ordering
Problem analysis and problem solving
Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Interpersonal skills, adaptability and initiative
Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
Familiarity with military medical terminology and/or pre-hospital training or field experience a plus
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, calculators, copiers and facsimile machinesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
