Instructional Designer
We are currently engaged in a project that requires an Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer on a part time long-term consulting basis. In this role, the Instructional Designer will:
Revamp of existing eDesign layouts, interactivity and graphics for business applications related web-based training programs;
Update in-house training materials for computer-based business/clinical systems;
Convert existing PowerPoint and other related eLearning programs utilizing Adobe Captivate.
Provide innovation and insight into current eLearnig programs related to: design, content and overall training time;
Communicate with users to establish their training needs and develop appropriate and instructionally sound training materials
