Typically handles moderately complex problems or inquiries. Refers more complex problems to senior staff. Provide day to day contact with the clients. Manage client expectation regarding service requests, resolve service, processing and administrative issues, deliverables and time frames. Provide explanation of agreements and regulations. Has strong client and project management skills and may participate in projects to obtain or ensure the retention of business. May make decisions based on established operating procedures to ensure objectives are met. Serves as key (or one of key) day-to-day client contacts for assigned plans. Handle most service requests from clients, plan sponsors, policy holders, internal and/or external constituents. Execute established strategic action plan to improve customer satisfaction and improve overall retention. Directly accountable for overall administrative service results including customer data transmission, participant transactions, ERISA advisory service, Plan Year End services etc. Matrix manage Analysts, Consultants, Help Desk and others to ensure desirable service results are achieved. May work on business transitions, installations and data conversions while ensuring their integrity. May identify, recommend, and implement conservation approaches to enhance asset retention and improve persistency. May make client visits. The candidate will provide front line support for infrastructure and application servers and be responsible for server administrative support functions including: o Create and manage print queues o Set up, expand and maintain shared Data Folder Storage &Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
